In ANATTA Culinary Academy’s inaugural workshop focusing on food sustainability and education, we are thrilled to bring you an exciting partnership with Spore Gardens, Mireia, Altimate Nutrition, three local brands that are pioneering the journey to food sustainability, as they research and develop ways to rely less on imported products, and more on locally produced food.

As an esteemed institute that champions novel yet authentic techniques and recipes with a ‘clean’ mindset to empower lifelong culinary confidence, ANATTA is always on the lookout for alternative sources of food,  to ensure continuous skill development and mastery and the fostering of  confidence and expertise in the kitchen.

Join us on 28 June for a day-long showcase featuring interactive workshops, canapés, bon bon & ice cream tastings led by our in-house multidisciplinary Chef Instructor Andre, and exciting local brands!

What you can expect

Each brand will host two intimate sessions throughout the day, giving you multiple opportunities to engage, learn, and taste.
